Books: Students may purchase books from Amazon.com or by calling Dearborn Publishers. Books may also be purchased from Dias Real Estate Academy. The approximate cost of books and materials is $215.00.
NOTE: Applicants for a Broker License must have an active real estate license for 3 continuous years in order to sit for the license examination. The 3 years period must be immediately preceding the examination. There cannot be any breaks in the status of the license. Applicants must also submit an original Certificate of Licensure from the Maryland Real Estate Commission, dated not more that 90 days prior to the date of the scheduled license examination. In addition, if you are licensed in other jurisdictions, you must have a Certificate of License History from the real estate commissions in those jurisdictions.

At the time of registration, pay $563.00 ($55 Registration/Application Fee + $433 tuition for the 1st Trimester + books $75);
At the beginning of the 2nd Trimester, pay $519 ($434 tuition + books $85)
At the beginning of the 3rd Trimester, pay $488 ($433 tuition + books $55)
